These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our online directory and escrow-based hiring platform for business registration, accounting, and notary services. By using our website (“Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use NotarYou Hub.


1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to NotarYou Hub, accessible at notaryou.com.
  • “User” refers to anyone using the Platform, including both Clients and Service Providers.
  • “Client” refers to a User who hires a Service Provider via the Platform.
  • “Service Provider” refers to a professional offering services through the Platform.
  • “Escrow Payment” refers to funds held by NotarYou Hub until the service is delivered and accepted.
  • “Deliverables” refers to the completed service outputs agreed upon between the Client and the Service Provider.
  • “Refund Policy” refers to the conditions under which a Client is eligible for a refund.

2. Scope of Services

NotarYou Hub provides an online marketplace where Clients can find and hire Service Providers for business registration, accounting, and notary services. Payments are processed through an escrow system, ensuring funds are held securely until service completion.


3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Platform.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information.
  • NotarYou Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any fraudulent or misleading information is detected.

3.2 Account Security

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Users must notify NotarYou Hub immediately of any unauthorized access to their accounts.

4. Payment and Escrow System

  • Clients must make full payment through the Platform before service commencement.
  • Funds will be held in escrow until the Service Provider completes the agreed deliverables.
  • Once the Client accepts the service, funds are released to the Service Provider.
  • If the Client does not accept or reject the service within 3 days after the delivery timeline, funds will be automatically released to the Service Provider.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Full Refund

Clients are entitled to a full refund if:

  • The Service Provider does not deliver the agreed service within 3 days after the deliverables timeline.
  • The Buyer cancels the order 24 hours after payment commencement.
  • The service delivered does not match the agreed-upon scope.
  • A dispute resolution favors the buyer.

5.2 Partial Refund

Clients are entitled to a partial refund if:

  • The service could not be fully delivered due to external factors beyond the Service Provider’s control, such as technical failures on government platforms (e.g., CAC portal, FIRS portal).
  • The amount refunded will be determined based on the percentage of work completed.

5.3 No Refund

Clients are not eligible for a refund if:

  • The service cannot be delivered due to multiple user errors (e.g., incorrect information provided, failure to provide required documents in a timely manner).

6. Service Delivery and Acceptance

  • Service Providers must deliver services within the agreed timeline.
  • Clients must review deliverables and approve or request revisions within 3 days of delivery.
  • If no response is received within 3 days, funds will be automatically released to the Service Provider.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, Clients and Service Providers must attempt to resolve issues through the Platform’s dispute resolution system.
  • NotarYou Hub will mediate disputes based on available evidence and communication records.
  • NotarYou Hub’s decision on disputes is final and binding.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other Users.
  • Violate any laws or regulations while using the Platform.
  • Circumvent the Platform’s escrow system to make direct payments.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • NotarYou Hub is a facilitator, not a provider of business registration, accounting, or notary services.
  • We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of services provided by Service Providers.
  • NotarYou Hub is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from service engagements.

10. Termination of Account

  • Users can deactivate their accounts at any time.
  • NotarYou Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Privacy Policy

By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


12. Modifications to Terms

NotarYou Hub reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or Platform notification.
